Ask Marivi: Expert guidance about design for Latin appeal.

Hispanics/Latinos are expressing themselves with fashion
Post a Comment | View Comments (0)

I am always interested in how we Latinos like to express ourselves. As you know we do in many different forms. Usually and more commonly through music (baladas and rock en Español etc) and food (tacos, empanadas, ceviches etc), but recently with fashion as well. Let's mention Latina Jennifer Lopez for example that has built a multimillion empire with her J. LO Brand of clothing sold at Macy's and other department stores. Her urban and young style definitely is a way of expression.

With that said, if you want to adventure yourself, and make "unos pininos" for example saying: "I love Argentina", check cafepress.com, there you'll be able either to make your own t-shirt with your own art or buy one already made.

Hispanics/ Latinos more and more are becoming mainstream and its a popular flavor that we can find almost everywhere today.
